The May 2024 reserve study found Scottsdale Park Place at 25% funded — significantly below the recommended threshold. The current annual contribution of $117,000 is insufficient to meet the $300,000+ recommended level. The board is reviewing the funding model with FDReserve Studies, LLC (William Schlimgen, PE) in March 2026. A proposed strategy will be shared with owners following that review.
