🏗️ Architectural Review Request (ARC)
Arizona law and the Scottsdale Park Place CC&Rs require board approval before any exterior modification, structural change, or significant interior work visible from common areas. This includes patios, windows, doors, HVAC equipment, satellite dishes, and paint color changes.
The ARC Request form is on the Documents page. Complete and submit the form there — it will be routed directly to the property manager and board.
