ARC Modification Request

Use this form to request approval for any modification to your unit's exterior, structure, or common-area-adjacent systems. The board reviews all submissions within 30 days per the CC&Rs.

⚠️ Do not begin work before receiving written approval. Unapproved modifications may require restoration at the owner's expense. Per A.R.S. 33-1817, this form covers all changes other than new construction or rebuilds of the main residential structure. Emergency repairs should be reported via the Contact page.
